watercooling ai server

we have the cooling blocks for the gpus not the cpus yet, we will also need tubin, a car radiator and a reliable aqaurium pump. would we need to overengineer it with an esp and flow sensors? this will allow us to add 2 extra v100 ai gpu's to the server.
